We had a lovely evening at the Norfolk Mayor’s Business Awards Friday night as one of just 3 finalists for the ‘Customer Care’ award.
Although we didn’t take home the trophy, in a way that feels quite fitting as our whole approach to customer care is to always to put others first. So we’ll happily let someone else take the win… this time.
Joking aside, it was amazing to even be recognised alongside some of the brilliant people and established organisations who attended. Companies I’ve heard of but who have no idea who I am.
So so proud of my little business to even be shortlisted as a finalist, and for all the support I’ve had from my wonderful customers.
Every experience is valuable to help us grow, slowly and steadily, keeping our clients firmly at the heart of what we do.
