Mentoring
When I started my aesthetics career in 2017 there were so many things I wish I’d known.
So many conversations I wish I’d had, questions I wish I’d just asked.
So many moments where a trusted sounding board could have made all the difference.
Not someone to give me all the answers.
Not someone to tell me what treatments to offer or how to run my business.
Just someone who understood the realities of starting out in aesthetics and who could help me talk things through when I needed it most.
That’s why I’ve created this…
✨Confidential, informal 1:1 support
✨A safe space to discuss cases and challenges
✨Practical guidance based on real experience
✨WhatsApp support between sessions
✨Tailored to your individual needs
This isn’t coaching or a training course.
I’m not here to tell you how to run your business or what decisions to make.
I’m here to listen, share my experiences, help you explore your options and support you as you develop your own confidence and independence.
This mentoring package is designed for newly qualified aesthetics doctors who want a trusted person for practical guidance and ongoing informal support as they build a safe, successful, and sustainable business.
Social media often portrays a career in aesthetics as glamorous and effortless, but the reality is far more complex. There are countless training courses, coaching programmes and mentoring schemes available but I want to offer something more personal, practical and genuine.
This is informal one-to-one peer support tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on helping you navigate your first 1–2 years in aesthetics.
I’ve reflected on my own journey and asked myself:
- What advice would I give my younger self?
- What do I wish someone had told me at the beginning?
- Where did I find reliable guidance when I needed it most?
Now I’d like to share those experiences with you.

What can we cover?
A 60 minute mentoring session can be structured around topics such as:
Clinical discussion:
- Reviewing your recent enquiries and treatments
- Case based discussions
- Talking through challenging situations
- Reflecting on your decision making to build confidence
Business and professional development:
- Reflecting on experiences and identifying learning opportunities
- Setting realistic goals
- Working through essential clinic systems and checklists
- Signposting for useful webinars, training opportunities and industry updates
- Practical advice for running a business
WhatsApp support might include:
“I have a 50 year old potential client who’s concerned about her ‘turkey neck’ - how would you approach this?”
Or…
“I’ve come across this treatment online and would love to learn more. Where can I look to find additional training or educational resources?”
I had a similar message recently, 10 minutes later she has a plan to look into a treatment, webinars & email address for the rep.
These conversations can then be explored in greater depth during your next mentoring session, helping you build confidence and independence over time.
My goal isn’t to teach or coach you, nor tell you how to run your business. It’s to walk alongside you during those early years, listening to your challenges, helping find the next step forwards, sharing my experiences and helping you develop your own confidence.
Together we’ll help you find your feet…
…then spread your wings and fly!
