Portfolio Models

Portfolio Models

Selected treatment opportunities at a reduced cost

From time to time, I look for portfolio models for specific treatments.

These appointments allow me to document treatment results, build treatment specific photography and, where appropriate, introduce newer products or treatment approaches to my portfolio.

Model appointments are offered at a reduced cost, but the same clinical standards apply as with all Angel Aesthetics treatments.

You will still receive a full consultation and assessment, appropriate consent, treatment by Dr Heather Wilkins, aftercare and follow-up.

This is not student training.

What is a portfolio model?

A portfolio model is a client who agrees to have a specific treatment at a reduced price in exchange for additional follow-up, photographs and feedback.

The treatment itself is carried out by myself not a student or trainee.

Because portfolio models are selected for specific treatment requirements not everyone will be suitable.

I reserve the right to decline treatment if I do not feel it is appropriate or if you do not meet the requirements for the particular model opportunity.

What's different about a model appointment?

Model treatments are carried out to the same clinical standards as other Angel Aesthetics treatments but there are some additional requirements.

You will be asked to:

  • Attend the required consultation and treatment appointments
  • Follow all relevant pre- and post-treatment advice
  • Attend scheduled follow-up and review appointments
  • Provide feedback about your experience where requested
  • Allow appropriate photographs to be taken for treatment assessment and portfolio purposes

An additional portfolio model consent form will be completed before treatment.

This confirms that you understand the requirements of the model appointment and agree to attend the necessary follow-up appointments.

Photography and follow-up

Follow-up is an important part of portfolio model treatment.

Photographs may be taken before and after treatment to assess your results and document the treatment for my professional portfolio.

You may also be asked to provide feedback about your experience.

What happens if I don't attend my follow-up?

Because model treatment is offered at a reduced cost in return for your agreement to participate in the full model process, attendance at the required follow-up appointments is an important part of the arrangement.

If you do not attend the required model follow-up appointments or otherwise do not fulfil the agreed model requirements, you may become liable for the difference between the model price and the standard treatment price.

This will be explained clearly before you agree to proceed.

Current portfolio model opportunities

Model opportunities change throughout the year depending on the treatments I am currently looking to document.

Cleft lip enhancement- Lip filler - From £195

Cleft lip treatment is a specialist area and will usually involve a more gradual treatment approach.

A typical model journey may involve:

  • Initial consultation
  • 1–3 treatment appointments, depending on your individual needs
  • Follow-up review
  • Treatment photography and feedback

Because scar tissue and individual anatomy vary considerably the exact treatment plan will be discussed during your consultation. Some cleft lips may not be appropriate for treatment with myself and I am happy to refer onwards.

Polynucleotides & Skinboosters -From £100

I am also looking for selected models for a range of skin-focused injectable treatments, including:

Upper eyelids
Polynucleotides

Forehead
Selected combination polynucleotide and skinbooster treatments, or polynucleotide treatment alone

Neck
Selected newer treatment options or polynucleotide treatment

Hands
Polynucleotide treatment

A typical model journey may involve:

  • Initial consultation
  • 1–3 treatment appointments, depending on the treatment
  • Follow-up review
  • Treatment photography and feedback

The exact number and timing of appointments will depend on the treatment selected and your individual circumstances.

Important information

Portfolio model treatment is not suitable for everyone.

For safety reasons I cannot generally treat an area containing existing dermal filler placed by another practitioner.

If you have existing filler in the treatment area please tell me when making your enquiry. Treatment may be possible where the filler was previously placed by Angel Aesthetics, but this will be assessed on an individual basis.

All model treatments remain subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

A reduced price does not mean reduced clinical care.

Interested in becoming a portfolio model?

If one of the current opportunities sounds suitable for you please get in touch.

I'll explain the model requirements, answer any questions and arrange your consultation if appropriate.

Please note that model places are limited and treatment suitability must be confirmed before an appointment is booked.
