Wellness Clinic
As part of our holistic approach to wellbeing & aesthetics we offer a Wellness Clinic.
When we feel good we look good... and when we look good we feel good.
That spring in your step, standing a little taller, smiling and laughing more, feeling more confident in yourself, a sense of wellbeing- that's what I want to help you achieve.
When we are stressed our body releases the hormone Cortisol, the impact of which can often be seen on the skin via outbreaks and irritations. Cortisol also has an affect on the skin's production of collagen and elastin, which are integral to radiant hydrated skin, and prolonged raised Cortisol can lead to the development of fine lines and wrinkles and dull looking skin, which can make you feel stressed...
The health benefits of 'feeling good' are huge! Better sleep, a lower risk of heart disease and diabetes, improved immune function and even improved pain management. By improving our overall wellbeing we can reduce stress and anxiety, increase resilience, enhance our relationships with others, increase energy level, be more creative, as well as having greater self esteem.
Beauty is more than skin deep, its how we feel in ourselves. In a busy fast paced world, taking time for self care is increasingly important. Self care is longer a luxury, it is an essential!
There is a scientific link between wellness and aesthetics. A 2021 American study concluded that "aesthetic treatment with injectables was associated with significant improvements in patient- reported psychological and social functioning and reductions in appearance- related distress".
Collagen Supplements
We have recently partnered up with Vida Glow and recommend their collagen supplements. Their Pro Collagen + is perfect for busy lives. Just mix it in with your morning coffee (its heat stable) and go!
Vitamin Supplement Injections
In addition to our injectable aesthetic treatments and premium skincare we also offer a range of vitamin supplement injections. These are wellbeing supplements and are not to treat underlying health conditions or to replace medical care. If you report any concerning symptoms we will advise you to speak to your GP rather than to proceed with treatment.
Vitamin treatment is ordered in per client (excluding B12) and therefore the consultation and treatment will be on separate dates.
**at present there is a national supply problem with Vitamin C, Vitamin D & Biotin and we do not hold stock. We do not have a date for when these items will be back in stock***
The treatment itself will take about 5 minutes and involves an injection into the deltoid (upper arm). Consent forms will be signed prior to treatment.
Personalised quotation provided at consultation, packages available
Vitamin B7 (Biotin) injections
Vitamin B7- also known as Biotin plays an important role in the maintenance of healthy skin, hair and nails. It can also help support the nervous system, help to regulate blood sugar and maintain LDL ‘good cholesterol’.
Vitamin B7 can be found in food sources, including eggs fish, liver, avocado and mushrooms.
Symptoms of vitamin B7 deficiency include dry, brittle hair and nails, and irritated dry skin.
The benefit of an injection compared to tablet supplements is that the vitamin is easily and quickly absorbed. The injection that we offer is a Biotin supplement, and not to treat underlying health conditions or to replace medical care. There are conditions and medications which are contraindicated with Biotin, and therefore a full medical consultation is required.
Vitamin B12 injections

Vitamin B12 can be found in food sources, including fortified milk and cereals, as well as tablet supplements.
Symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency include fatigue, weakness, poor memory and concentrations. Some symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency cannot be treated within our wellness clinic, including anaemia, abnormal sensations to the skin, yellowing of the skin, paranoia and hallucinations and these need to be promptly investigated by your GP.

The injection that we offer is a B12 supplement, and not to treat underlying health conditions or to replace medical care.
Vitamin C injections
Vitamin C is needed for the growth and repair of cells and tissues, to maintain healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage, to support wound healing and aid in the absorption of iron.
