Where do I start?
With so many brands on the market and multiple trends on social media it can feel overwhelming when trying to decide on a skincare routine.
Before aesthetics became my passion I would use supermarket brands, try the latest fashionable trend and occasionally buy a kit from somewhere I had a facial treatment. I knew I needed to look after my skin, I just wasn’t sure how to.
Sometimes it is best to go back to basics and build what works for you from there.
As part of our holistic approach to wellness and aesthetics we have carefully chosen some premium skincare brands that work alongside our clinical treatments. We use these products ourselves and love the results, and feel confident that you will too!

We have recently partnered up with Noon Aesthetics Skincare
I went to the London ACE aesthetics conference in March 2025 looking for 3 specific things for my business- one of which was a home skincare range to complement my existing in-clinic treatments.
I was impressed by Noon’s product range as well as their customer service and decided to try their products for myself. I like to know my products before recommending them to my clients. It is important that a new product fits in around my busy lifestyle, isn’t complicated and is affordable, as well as delivering results of course. I love these products! My favourite is the Eternal under eye patch, closely followed by the Rossa Face Mask - I leave the eye patches on overnight for maximum benefit.

Post Injection Make up
Whilst my clinical advice is to avoid make up for 24-48 hours after injections to reduce the risk of infections, sometimes it is needed. For example, post injection bruising… but you have to go to work.

Their clinical cover up is safe to use on freshly injected skin. To keep the risk of infection low we’d recommend using only a little for as little time as possible using clean fingertips (not make up brushes) if you need to you it.

I have had really dry lips for many years, since taking strong prescription medication for acne in my 20s, so lip hydration is really important to me.
I’ve used the same lip balm (Rose & Co Rose Petal Salve ) for over 20 years as it is the only one that works for me
