As a doctor led business we plan to continue our current infection & Coronavirus precautions.

This is for your safety as well as for ours.

These include:

• Client collection from car or clinic entrance
• ‘By appointment’ only consultations, treatments and follow ups
• Single person appointments (unless where a companion is necessary)
• Face masks for close contact treatment
•  Hand gel & Temperature screening on arrival
• Additional cleaning in between appointments

Please do not attend the clinic if you have been unwell in the last 2 weeks (including coughs, colds, diarrhoea & vomiting).

Some treatments may also be affected by Flu/ COVID vaccinations and boosters.

Seasonal Health Notice

As we enter the autumn and winter months, coughs, colds, and seasonal viruses and other illnesses become more common.

If you have a consultation, treatment, or review appointment booked and are feeling unwell, please contact us so we can rearrange your appointment at no extra cost. Urgent review appointments will still be carried out with additional precautions in place where necessary.

Your safety remains our top priority. Viral illnesses—including coughs, colds, and COVID-19—and other infections such as diarrhoea & vomiting can potentially affect aesthetic treatment outcomes.

Please also note that Dr. Wilkins has underlying health conditions and must take additional precautions to avoid illness. If she becomes unwell appointments will need to be rescheduled.

Should this occur, we kindly ask for your understanding, and rest assured that your appointment will be rebooked at the earliest possible opportunity.
